ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice. Alvin T. Reil appeals from the judgment of conviction entered by the Williams County Court on July 29, 1986, finding him guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of Section 39-08-01, N.D.C.C., following trial by jury and also from the order denying him motion for new trial. We reverse both the judgment and the order and remand for new trial.
